Vanflex Trade · from January 2027
Stay on the job. We'll fetch the part.
A local van collects your paid-for order from the merchant's counter and brings it to site, within the hour. Parts runs from £25.
Runs start across Gloucestershire and Bristol in January 2027. Make your account and save your sites now, and you're ready on day one.
Why trades use it
An hour at the trade counter is an hour off the tools. A parts run usually costs less than that hour.
Save the jobs you're on and the merchants you use. Booking is a tap, not an address typed on a ladder.
Add your job number or PO. It's on the receipt and the monthly statement, so nothing gets lost.
Pay once and your card is offered next time. A receipt for every run, and the month as a spreadsheet for Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent.
You see the price first. Your card is only charged when a driver takes the run.
Every driver's licence, insurance and right to work is checked before their first job.

Good to know
- Order and pay first. Drivers collect orders that are already paid for. They never pay the counter or carry cash.
- Parts runs carry orders up to £1,500. Bigger loads go as materials runs, matched to a van by weight.
- Pay by card, per run. Charged when a driver takes it. Monthly invoicing for regular accounts is coming.
Ready when you are
Two minutes, and free. No contract, no monthly fee: you pay per run.
